My goal in this lab was to determine which of the folowing: Bleach disinfectant, iodine antiseptics or a number of various antibiotics most effectively prohibited the growth of the bacteria E.Coli.What you see in the above pictures are the pitri dishes I used to complete the experiment. My independant variable in the experiment was the antiseptic, antibiotics, and disinfectant. Where as my Dependant variable was my ZI (Zone of Inobition)
